The underground utilities are complete and two homes have been completed. When complete, the community will have twenty-seven executive homes. The neighborhood is restricted and each home must be a minimum of 2,700 sq. ft. What's more, all home plans must be approved by the architechural committee to ensure conformance with the neighborhood restrictions.
